I completed a ppl split not too long ago and then just recently a two week deload. I’ve opted to do the push pull lower again as it really fits the bill for me.
Anyway, when I select it and start the program it reverts back to 6 weeks in and showing all those previous workouts completed. I thought there was an option to resume progress or restart entirely?
I searched the term “reset” on the forum and saw a couple posts that were unanswered. Hopefully there’s a fix.
