I’ve nearly completed the armagedon program
Now because I’ve built in pump workouts for my arms in the last couple of weeks where do I go from here with a new program?
Do I just pick a new program or is there some thought behind it?

I think you should take a look at your whole body and decide your weakest part. Choose the appropriate program. If you want something overall go with the Powerbuilder or Terrance programs. Just my opinion though.
