I am beginning getting back into training after a needed deload and am looking to start a different program. I have completed the first 5 weeks of Terrence’s current program, however feel others may be more suited for my goals (recomp, focusing arms, chest and calves). I was judging between starting Laszlo’s program and/or continuing Terrence’s whilst waiting for block 2. Im 18 and can maintain a lot of volume, most probably due to my age and lifestyle. What are your thoughts, what would you suggest? Understand more information may be needed. Cheers
