Im nearing the end of bens power building program for my next one Im gonna start pec augmentation program, in bens program I train arms 4 times a week and delts twice , so with the pec program would in it be taking “foot of the gas” ? Or maybe there could be feature on the app to create your own program and then have a coach look in to it or something similar
I love pec augmentation program. The first 5 weeks seems easy but it gets better and better after that. I noticed significant pecs gains as well as strength gains.
