So, I used to weigh 420lbs, got in a gym and lost 200, developed a passion and quit my job to become a trainer a couple years ago. Been in a little bit of a rut lately, and I love all the content you put out, so I wanted to hop on the app.
That being said, specifically I’m looking for improvement in the appearance of my upper traps, mid back, and glutes as I cut a little bit of weight. Is there one particular program that would be best suited for that? I was looking at the list of programs and kind of got the “I want to try them ALL” mindset.
