    Hi guys,

    I recent watched a video explaining that a program should gradually increase in difficulty over a periodized year. Which makes sense.

    But does that mean as an example, going from a PPL to a Half body program either directly after or with a strength focused block in between would be less effective?

    So you should go from a PPL to a more difficult program.

    Probably a stupid question, but just trying to understand more
