I’ve been cutting for the past 4 months started at 23% bf trying to get down to 15% currently around 18%, before I go on a bulk and put on size, finished the push pull lower 2.0 program, started noticing that I was just hitting a wall in the last month, not progressing at all, I think it’s because I’ve been in a deficit so long, and I’m not putting any size on, is there any program you recommend for a cutting phase on here? While I’m trying to maintain?
