ParticipantHello, I’m starting the chest program and I see it’s a 4 day Split, should I do 4 on 1 off repeat or 2 on 1 off and so on. I would think it’s 4 on 1 off to increase frequency ? Thanks

ParticipantJoe, sorry I have other questions, in the pec program in the video you describe s 6 week program with pump finishers in the advanced weeks but once you open the program weeks 5 through 12 are all the same, second question can I add finishers to the programs, I mean I know I can do them but 8 don’t see a way to add them to the workout, it would be nice to have them there for record and tracking, I hope I explain myself properly, sorry for my English. Third and last question, when it comes to changing exercises the first day of push it only allowed me to change from incline smith to incline Bb but I couldn’t change it for incline dumbbell press for example, is it possible or it’s like that because that is what you recommend? Thanks again and sorry to bother do much πͺπππ€

ParticipantHello coach, thanks for the answer, i guess I do have issued with my account or something. I am able at the end of the routine to add exercises and pump work but during the workout I’m not allowed, I do not have that button that says add exercise or pump work it only shows at the end of the workout, SECOND ISSUE I did the pull day and it jumped from the reverse peck deck to finish it didn’t let me log my bicep work, THIRD ISSUE st weeks 9 through 12 it shows the same that it shows in weeks 5 through 8 it doesn’t show me the the progression or pump work, it shows like I would do 8 weeks of the same stuff. Sorry brother it’s an amazing app and me coming back after so many step backs I need it, hopefully we will resolve these 3 issues and I can get it all. Have a great day, hope to hear soon from you

For that click βstart workoutβ and then go through until the end. It wonβt show pump work there in that overview- only once you start and go through the workout.

I absolutely agree everything pump at the first MEAT AND POTATOES JAJAJA thanks about the second issue I understand sometimes could be the app problem, and I really hope once I get to the 9th week it will show the progression and i tensity if not I guess I’ll write again.
