    Hi, to be honest i feel like i totally don’t know how to program my workout.

    Because sometimes you said something like “leg extension before your squat is good if you want to make better connection with your muscle”

    But you’re also put it after a squat

    Or decide to take a tiny rest between sets.

    Can you please clear my head about how should i write my program?
    Which exercise should be before what
    Maybe if you have like a thumb role at programming
