I need some advice. I was looking into the Powerbuilding program and it sounds good. My question is I’m 41 and I need to come to the idea that it is very hard for me to get any stronger. I’m not a powerlifter not super strong or anything- I guess intermediate in lifts. Also, I herniated discs in my neck and cervical radiculopathy causing my right arm to be weaker than my left. I’m starting PT and doing more dumbbells than flat bench, no overhead pressing. I guess I need to change my outlook on how I’m lifting. Would PPL 2.0 or half body 2.0 be a better place to stay.
