Hey! I recently finished Terrence’s current program after running it for 10 weeks (5 weeks of block 1 and 5 weeks of block 2) what do you suggest i move to and introduce to my training as my next program? I understand you abbreviated on a block 3 of Terrence’s Olympia prep being released. Is that still coming? However, i am not prepping for any contests alike Terrence us and certainly not the Olympia ahaha. I simply ran the program because it was fucking sick (loved it best i have ever used)! But believe the third block may be somewhat pointless to my goals at the moment (recomp and look better naked 😅). If you don’t believe i should continue onto block three to conclude the program or continue running block 2 till maybe another new program is released what possible recommendations do you have regarding what program to move to after using this one? That sounds very open ended, as i’m sure they’re all great and may only be up to me and my goals. Thanks so much, and great job on the Arnold, my mates and I are very keen on the Olympia.
