Hi guys,
For the ‘average’ client who have no experience or some experience in the gym, and have their first day training with you, would you rather program machine exercises to assess their technique and mobility?
Or would you rather opt to program free weight compound exercises (such as bb squats) and teach them the necessary cues with regards to technique?
Or does the choice of exercises depend on their goal? i.e. Fat loss or muscle building.
