Currently doing 4 day split chest, back, arms/shoulders, legs.
4 days on 1 off
Most exercises are from your programs and doing similiar volume as your ppl program, chest and back might have couple more sets because im using 4 day split. Chest and back are progressing very slow rigth now and I hit plateaus quite easily.
What is the best way to progress? Might be mildly sore for day or two but dont feel like recovery is issue but it could still be because performance is weak. Even lower volume or less frequency? Or could it be more efficient to switch to 3 day split with 2 off days instead off, 4 days on 2 off for example.
I have heard you guys say you recover better just doing muscle group once a week.
