Hi guys,
I like all the programs on the site and they have helped me a lot but for this year I was thinking of starting a new program and creating it myself specifically for my needs.
Therefore, i was wondering how you guys normally determine the sets and reps needed for an exercise.
I was going to program 2 sets, the first being the top set and the second being a back off set. However i figured that i would ask this question since in push pull lower 2.0 there are sets of 3 or 4 programmed and got a little confused about what approach i should take.
I know that this is quite a hard question to answer since there are many details to reflect on for a new program, but would love to hear your thoughts on the factors you consider when determining how many sets and reps are needed.
