    Hi I’m new to the app an I’m assuming this has been asked before so please excuse my novice. I started the push pull leg program and it’s three days a week. I prefer to workout 6 days a week and wondering if I should do week one 2 times in a week or if I should do weeks 1 and two in the first week and weeks 3-4 in my second 7 days. Hopefully this make sense.

    One other quick question… In the logbook it keeps track of the weights and reps but I also put in some notes and can’t seem to find those…where do we go to check on our notes? I’m sure this is a simple one but I can’t seem to figure it out.

    I think I got it figured out you have to go and start a work out for that day to read the notes from your last session. If there is an easier way to do this without starting the workout session let me know. Having a great time with the app so far, great work!
