progress

    For incline dumbell bench, I have been progressing slowly but surely, but I know form is around 85%. is it a good idea to do 100% quality reps for my top set and make sure I progress with best reps possible or 85%- 95% quality but push more for progressing while trying best to keep form up?

    I know I’m not wording this correctly so if y’all need to ask questions to clear things up please do. Thank you!
