    Hey Coach been training for the last couple of years eating around Maintenance doing PPL rest repeat for a while because it feels as if I can recover. Would you be able to give me an honest review of body parts I need to bring up. Or that may be lacking areas. Everything is also a very acceptable answer 💀😂

    Oh yea here we go I’ll bring those up over the next year for sure. 💪🏽 thank you Joe. Also when it comes to bringing those body parts up do you recommend being in a caloric surplus or keeping my cals at maintenance? And making those improvements.
