I don’t know if you guys are comfortable doing this and if I should be paying more for this kinda help haha, but can I just get your thoughts on my progress pic?
I’m trying to build muscle, particularly on my legs and shoulders but I’m focusing on my legs right now.
I’ve upped my calories and stuck with what the app and programme has said so far but I’m not sure if I’m gaining too much fat?
I’m 10 weeks into the program and surplus and gone from 68.9kg to 71.4kg and I feel strong..I’m hitting PBs and I do cardio 2x a week for general fitness but my upper body is really lagging I think…could you give me your thoughts? (The right photo is the latest)
