Hi, i feel like i can’t really progress much on my push movements. While i progress on the main movementes in my leg and pull workouts workouts where i can slowly increase weight or reps it seems like the process is much slower on my main push movements (Dumbell Press and Incline Smith Press).
While having similar Volume, Intensity, Frequency for all muscle groups and factors like sleep and food the same all week, it seems strange that im progressing on some muscle groups much faster.
Any idea what the reason behind this could be? I have run the same movements for a long time, should i try changing exercises?
Yes you’re defenitely right, limb length doesnt favor pushing movements for me.
So just keep grinding it out, and like with smaller muscle groups put lots of focus on progress in my form if weight progress doesnt move as quick.
