The programme says 3 sets of 6-8 with 1rir. I am doing the first set with 6 reps and 1 rir. Isn’t the second set going to be with less weight if I still need to hit 6 reps and 1 rir? Or do i need to start on the higher end (8 reps) and then keep the same weight and mutually let my fatigue lead me to the 6 reps as the sets go forward?
