Hey Joe/Bryce I have a question in regards to progressive overload. I have been struggling with the same weight on DB presses for a few months. These past 2 weeks I was finally able to break through and add 2 more reps on my top set. My last rep was really hard (obviously) but my form was on point. Maybe a 8.5/9 out of 10. Next workout would you recommend upping the weight or keep it the same for 1-2 workouts and make sure I can hit those 8 reps again?
