Hi guys, im not really seeing progression in my top set lifts. Especially on pressing movemebts. No progress in 3 weeks (shoulders are terrible in terms of progress). Very demoralizing. I do see some improvements in the back off sets, maybe im just better suited to higher rep training.
Body weight is going up (roughly 2lbs per month) so in a surplus.
Take 5g creatine daily.
Protein is at 1g per lb of bodyweight.
Sleep – 6/7 hours per night (2 yr old prevents more haha)
