I notice all lifts are done of my tested 1RM before I started the programme should I try and add weight if I have RIR or stick with the same weight on the main lifts throughout the 12 weeks then re-test thanks in advance.

Not sure if it was only me but those 3 videos weren’t showing up a few weeks ago. Anyways glad they’re back up since I started this program this week.
