So i am 72 kg with 21 % body fat . I would like to keep the body fat lvl to 15-16% and still build muscle , which is my main goal .
How do you suggest I go about it ? If i drop my calories i lose a little strength . What’s the best way to go ahead , would i need to stay in the 20% BF range or can i still build muscle at the same rate with 15% BF.
