Hi guys! So recently I’ve noticed that I feel quite weak, and I don’t know why. A few years ago I was lifting a lot more weight. For example pre pandemic I was squatting 190kg, but now I’m struggling to go over 150. Also, my bench press just doesn’t go up. I’m focusing a lot on my diet, I track my sleep, I keep count of the total number of sets per week (per muscle group). So I’m not sure why I feel weak sometimes even though I sleep enough and eat good every day
