Hi guys! So recently I’ve noticed that I feel quite weak, and I don’t know why. A few years ago I was lifting a lot more weight. For example pre pandemic I was squatting 190kg, but now I’m struggling to go over 150. Also, my bench press just doesn’t go up. I’m focusing a lot on my diet, I track my sleep, I keep count of the total number of sets per week (per muscle group). So I’m not sure why I feel weak sometimes even though I sleep enough and eat good every day

Also, I get around 20 sets +/- per week per muscle group. Idk if that’s a lot of volume or not, but it doesn’t feel like uts a lot. I dont feel too beat up.

Each session lasts around an hour and a half. Total number of sets between 24 and 30. I usually train 3 days then my 4th day it’s a rest day, so overall I’m training 5- 6 times a week
