    How often are you supposed to progressively overload? Every workout? Once a week? What are the telltale signs that you should be increasing the weight on your next workout (besides the weight feeling too easy. Let’s assume the weight still feels heavy af)?

    What do you do when you plateau on an exercise or even regress in the weight you use in a exercise? Let’s say the exercise calls for 3 sets of 12 but you fail on rep 11 of the last set. Do you keep trying to push workout after workout until you can finally do 12, or do you back off the weight back to the one you can do 12 with? If you back off, how can you tell when you’re ready to try that heavier weight again?
