    Hey Joe, how do you expect us to progressively overload the workouts when you post different workouts every day? Thanks!

    Hey nathan,

    I think if you look at the workouts…Joe breaks down the training in the way that he has his log book exercises which are the big ones..like t-bar rows and the pulldown, pressing movements etc, squat variation…ones that you select as the ones you want to focus on improving), and then he does the super sets/giant set pump work that he changes every workout and that stuff is not logged….you just hit the rep ranges set out….I dunno of that helps clear it a little…im sure he will give you a direct response man….best of luck with your training!
