Hi I am currently in my third week of one of your training programs and I have been trying to incorporate progressive overload through either reps or weights. However, I have only been able to maintain the same as previous weeks or even deproving. My nutrition has been the same throughout and I have been focusing on getting the form right. What do you recommend me to do? I know that getting the form right is also a form of progressive overload. If so, where do i draw the line of knowing if i am growing?
