    Hi all,
I’m currently running the Terrence Olympia Prep 2021 program and loving it.  I noticed the volume seems to basically plateau at week 5 or 6.  Has anyone modified this by progressively adding a couple sets per body part per a week?  If so, were you happy with the results?  I’m not an advanced bodybuilder (4 year training-age), so still feel like I can probably gain a fair bit by adding sets week over week without compromising my recovery.  Would love to hear others thoughts though.  Thanks!

The way that the coaches manage volume is different, theoretically volume is set*reps*weight (the order might be different), the way that they manage to increase volume is by increasing the weight in the ‘equation’ usually. But I let them answer you better
