Need professional advice on something. I’ve been a PT for about 10 months now. Worked my way up to the top of the food chain at my club and now my manager is offering the opportunity to be assistant manager. It would be more money which is gray. I think my biggest fear is not feeling like I’m good enough. I know there are many trainers there that know more than me about training and nutrition so I have some imposter syndrome. This is the best manager I have ever had and he is very educated as well so I’m flattered that he sees the potential in me.
I guess I’m curious as to what I can do more of to prepare or feel more comfortable as a leader in this field.

I’ve been a manager before but made a career change after 10 years so this is still very new to me! Thanks guys you are awesome!

Congrats! Won’t offer advice as I have no clue but from what you explain about your experience you definitely deserve it
