Please forgive my multiple questions. But I am trying to avoid sending you multiple questions back to back. Just finished Push, Pull, Lower and going to start Armageddon. Questions:
1. Is that a good routine to jump too or would you recommend something else. Arms are a weak point for me thus the change
2. Low incline DB press-is 30 degrees the proper angle or something lower/higher?
3. High incline smith press-is 45 degrees the proper angle or go up to 60 degrees. My bench changes in 15 degree increments.
4. Incline cable curls-what degree angle do you recommend?
