I find I am overeating protein at the expense of carbs…
I train at 6am and pre workout meal consists of protein pancakes made from oats and whey about 30g protein and 30g carbs.
Is protein essential pre workout or can I get away with lowering in pre workout meal as long as post I have ample plus EAA intra?
