Just wondered what were your thoughts on specific grams per protein per body weight in KG as there is abundant amounts of information about and either or neither is 100% correct. So as professionals what would your go to amount be per gram per BW in KG? And also fats.
Iām currently going by 2.5g per BW in KG.
As for off-season nutrition how often would you spend in a surplus before actually dialling things back and would you leave protein/fats the same whilst pulling back on carbs and keep carbs around training?
