I just have a question about the differing opinions on protein intake. On here the app has it at a gram of protein per pound, JPs app was around 1.25 grams per pound and as high as 2 grams per pound and Justin Harris was around the 1.25 mark as well. I was wondering if there any advantages in the 1.25-2 grams range in terms of recovery, performance and tissue gain versus the 1 gram.
