    Hay guys. Rule of thumb whilst cutting is keep the protein the same and drop the calories as needed from carbs and fats.

    When using the diet planner and doing check in is the app taking this into consideration? Should I follow the new macros the app has suggested or should I follow the calories. Keep protein as is and drop the rest?

    Thanks for all the hard work and great programming. Loving the app!
