Hi, I have reached a point in my diet where my weight is dropping very slowly if anything at all. When i look at my macros Im getting 230 grams of protein and im weighing around 97 kgs. Thats about 2.4 grams per kg/body weight. If we put that number in perspective its about 48% of my macros. I get 60 grams of fat and 130 grams of carbs. Should i lower my protein instead of my carbs/fats? How much protein is “ideal” when dieting.
