I have seen that you do 0.8 – 1.2g of protein per lbs.
I have seen alot bodybuilders in comp prep eating more then twice of that per lbs usually they eat 40% of their calories from protein.
Is there any advantage doing that way?
Do you keep more muscle mass while preping?
