So currently I’ve been following my own macros based off my old prep I’ve always dialed in at 190-200g of protein wether or not I’m competing or not. I’m fairly lean year round my strength is still high up there for only being 155.5
My question is would it make a dramatic difference if I switch up my macros according to the set macros on the app? Cause it’s saying my protein intake should be 155 assuming it’s per bw. Please correct me if I’m wrong.
My current macros are 190p 200c 40f I’m currently comfortable with this no issue and hunger is out the window.
