I would like to get your opinion my protein sources as of now.
2 meals I am using whey isolate( 1 having egg whites too)
2 meals chicken breast
1 Meal whole eggs and egg white
I was thinking about replacing one time whey with goat meat( mutton) as I don’t have steak available to me.
What are your opinions on this swap or any other better alternatives/ any other changes you would make?
Goat meat, I feel like I’ve been living under a rock. Anyone else eat goat meat?
