I wanted to ask your opinion on if it’s neccessary to have protein with every meal (if protein requirements for the day are met).
I’m a creature of habit. I optimized my meal prep in a way that I don’t need to measure out anything and hit my protein goals and most of my calories comfortably with three meals. Three big mealsĀ work best with my schedule and I really don’t like small portion sizes. Is it ok to get the last 200-300 calories of the day with a snack consisting of carbs like fruit or oats (I don’t do too well on higher fat) or has Protein to be included?
