First of all, I truly want to thank you Joe for this amazing app, I have made great progress like never before, learned so much, and always had support. I cannot imagine my fitness life without HC anymore, you’re truly the best there is🙏💪

A big thanks to Bryce as well for his continuous support, much appreciated brother🙏

2 weeks ago I had a tear at my proximal biceps tendon while doing cable flys and still waiting for the doctor to give me clear insight on what the real damage is which I will report later but my question for now is:

Am I doomed for progress if I don’t do the surgery? Can I still make progress and grow bigger once it heals? I am really frustrated and just want an insight around this please because I never had injuries before so trying to understand more about it!

Sorry for the rant. Much appreciated and thank you again for this amazing fitness family and support, I don’t know what I would have done without it!

Thank you so much Bryce, that’s a relief🙏🏻

I will wait for all the details and see from there!

In terms of isometrics, what kind of exercises do you suggest I do at the moment? You mean like curls with iso? Rotator cuff stuff too? Been 2 weeks didn’t do anything, pain and inflammation are down to minimum so shall I start isometrics?
