Hello Bryce and Joe. I don’t know my PRs on squat, bench press, DL. And i want to start the powerbuild program. So I must hit those PRs to know where to start with the %. My question is: Should I do those 3 on the same day and start the program with the % next day or, do the PR on squat, for example, and then do the rest of the routine?
