Hi Gentlemen.
My Pull day consists of the below – I’m debating removing Lat Pull downs and swapping them for some form of rear delt work .
I suppose what I’m asking is do I need Chest supported DB Rows and Lat pull downs as they are both upper back.
Any feedback would be great.
