I’m probably going to get roasted for this, but on the Push / Pull / Legs splits, are the push and pull days interchangeable? Am I going to mess the program up by training Pull, then Push? The reasons behind my question:
1. With RDL on pull day, I need that extra day to recover my hammies before leg day. Even with lower volumes my hamstrings get serious DOMS
2. When I train chest before back, the soreness in my chest impedes my back squeeze the next day
