    Top picks for biceps on pull day(2 exercises max)
    Sure i won’t be able to isolate long/short head and bracialis but
    Doesn’t the brachialis get enought stimilus pulldowns,rows(when using neutral grip)
    So wouldn’t it make sense to focus just on the short/long head?
