    Hey Joe and Bryce! Just a quick question about pull-ups/lat pulldowns. Once i reach a certain area of the pull where the bar is getting pretty close to my chin, my back starts to flex a little bit to get a bit of extra motion. This even happens in the beginning of sets. Does this mean that I am out of my natural range of motion? Should i stop the pull at the point where my spine starts to change angle? Thanks!
