Hi
I have pull up in my program. I can do them but when I am have fully stretched at the bottom of pull up, the initial few inches seems to be pretty tough and I do feel it lil tough on my shoulder joint. Is it because in the length position, the muscles involved in pull up is weak and so more stress is on the shoulder joint now.
So what I did is set bands in a way to assist me at the initial phase of the pull and as I go up it band loses its tension and puts more load on muscle during mid and shortened position.
Am I right in doing so?
