Hey Joe, on my PPL routine I see that the leg day and the push day are the 2 sets mainly that you always preach. But on the pull day it has like 3 sets of chins, then another 3 sets? So 6 sets of chins? Then you did the same with DB rows. And I watched the video but it seemed like you didn’t do that much volume. So I was wondering if maybe you do 2 heavy sets, then a 3rd that is a drop and superset?

I know you can add like one set, but I will write the workout, it says
    B. NG Chins(3×5-10) 3 min rest

    C1. NG China(8-10)
    C2. Rope pullovers(20-30)
    3 sets, 60 sec rest

    D. Bent DB rows(3×6-10)3 min rest

E1. Bent DB rows (10-12 reps)
    E2. Chest supp row(20-30 reps)
    3 sets, 60 sec rest

So would that be 3 sets of chins, then another 3 sets that are super setted with Pullovers? Or is it just 2 sets, then on the 3rd SS with Pullovers. Cause if it was 6 sets of chins and bent DB rows, that would be 24 sets of back in a week which seems like more than usual.
