    Hey Coaches,
    i just follow the PPL split on the App an modified some things. But on pullday I just don’t know what would be the right exercise selection after single arm pulldown and chestsupported T-bar rows .
    I have my RDL on leg day. Would you do a low row on cables as third exercises ? For a little bit of everything ? And after that barbell rows ? Or would you do a lat specific row and maybe a wide grip pull up? So I have No lower back loading ? I have mostly one Restday between legs and back. Sometimes I take two. I really have no specific back goal, just overall more size. I feel like my errectors get enough stimulus from squatting and deadlifting, so maybe I only train them on backday with in Pump work ?
    I would really appreciate your suggestions for a balanced pullday without to much errectors, or would you still recommend to train them, even if there sore on legs ?

    Thanks Joe ! That definitely helps me a lot, your the best! I try it with a lat focused row and maybe rack chins.
