Hey Joe and Bryce! Just a little question of what is your opinion on the pullover machine that Dorian Yates Loved? Since I never seen that exercise programmed.
I have access to a nautilus pullover machine (old school), and I feel like I engage the lats more than the rope. Obviously, I’m doing something wrong if I feel the rope version in my triceps more. What do I need to adjust to account for this?
